At Captain Pup's we strive to make your returns experience as smooth and easy as possible. Below you will find our returns policy:

Every order at Captain Pup's has a 30-day reflection period. This means that you can return the product within 30 days, whether it has been removed from the packaging or not.

After 30 days, products can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging and the label is still attached.
- All costs associated with returning products are covered by the consumer

To register a return, we kindly request you to contact us by email. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a return form to make the return process smooth.

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount.
- Please note: Returning a product will cost €7.95. For received returns we charge €4.95 cleaning costs and €2.95 recycling costs.
- When the return has been received in good order, the purchase amount, minus cleaning and recycling, will be refunded within 7 working days.

Please note that the refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
