Captain Pup's Return Policy

At Captain Pup's we strive to make your returns experience as smooth and easy as possible. Below you will find our returns policy:

• Every order at Captain Pup's has a 30-day reflection period. This means that you can return the product within 30 days, whether it has been removed from the packaging or not.
• After 30 days, products can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging and the label is still attached.
• All costs associated with returning products are covered by the consumer
• To register a return, we kindly request you to contact us by email. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a return form to make the return process smooth.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount.
• Please note: Returning a product will cost €7.95. For received returns we charge €4.95 cleaning costs and €2.95 recycling costs.
• When the return has been received in good order, the purchase amount, minus cleaning and recycling, will be refunded within 7 working days.
• Please note that the refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
